Congratulations to the Central Dragon Football Team for earning back-to-back D6 Championships! The first round of PIAA Playoffs will be Friday, November 19 at 7 PM at Hollidaysburg with the Dragons taking on the Bedford Bisons. Tickets will only be available online (link below). GO DRAGONS!!!

District 6 3A Football Championship

Congratulations to the CHS Dragon football team on their defeat of the #4 Westmont Hilltoppers.
The Dragons now advance to the District Championship against the Penn Cambria Panthers on Friday, November 12, at 7 PM at Altoona’s Mansion Park Stadium. Tickets will soon be available ONLINE ONLY via Hometown Ticketing https://piaad6.hometownticketing.com/embed/all .

Senior Night & Pink Night

Although the weather is not overly cooperative, we still intend to move forward with honoring our Senior football players, band members, and cheerleaders prior to this evening’s football game kick off. The Senior Night Ceremony will begin at 6:35 PM and conclude by 6:55 PM. Tonight’s theme is Pink Night. Fans are encouraged to show support for our team and for the fight against cancer by wearing pink to tonight’s game.

Football Ticket Sales - No Live Stream Tonight

Presale varsity football tickets for the game vs Bishop McCort @ Shade High School will be on sale Friday, October 15th from 9am-2pm at Central High School.
Adult tickets are $5
Student tickets are $3
All tickets at the gate are $5
Live streaming will not be available for tonight's football game vs. Bishop McCort at Shade. The game will broadcast over the radio on Mix 94.7 FM.

RED OUT!

This week's varsity football game theme is a RED OUT! We encourage our fans to wear red to this greatly anticipated battle of two undefeated varsity football teams: our Central Scarlet Dragons and the Bedford Bisons. Go Dragons!

Regular Meeting of the SCSD Board of Directors Moved to SCE

The SCSD Board Meeting scheduled for Monday, September 20, 2021, will be held in person at Spring Cove Elementary School at 7 PM. Face coverings are required at this meeting in accordance with the current Order of the Acting Secretary of Health. In lieu of attending the meeting of the SCSD Board of Directors, in person, with a mask, you may email any input to the Board at [email protected].
